Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
